I cherish being able to hold my grandma's hand through her journey, it's such a blessing. I hope one day to be half the woman she is. She fights for her life out of love for her husband & family. Her strength & selflessness astound me. She inspires me with her heart full of hope & a willingness to help others everyday. I have big shoes to fill (and she has tiny feet.) All I can feel is gratitude for her soul & spirit with breath I am given. Today cherish those you love... Instead of grieving be grateful! And make sure they know you love them !
