??Try combining these two: first exercise 4x10 on each arm, second exercise 4x12. The trick with the second exercise is to maintain the lower back to the wall and it may never leave from there. That makes it very difficult. Do not look down.The smile in the end has nothing to do with the exercise. You will not smile. Combina estos dos ejercicios: primer ejercicio 4x10 en cada brazo. Segundo ejercicio 4x12. El truco del segundo ejercicio es que tienes que mantener el lumbar pegado a la pared al igual que la cabeza todo el movimiento del ejercicio.
