My mom and dad immigrated here from #Vietnam a couple years before I was born. With very little means and the inability to speak English, my mom knew that the one way to get respect was through 1) #confidence and 2) #style.
Thankfully, one leads to the other.
Ever since I could remember my mom taught me how to dress to celebrate every moment in life. Going to gramma's house? Wear #happy colors to cheer her up. Going with mommy to her job interview? Help her choose #power and #energetic colors like #purple's and #magenta's to show she means business.
