My mom, sister, and I had such a wonderful night last night at #TrevorLive. We were truly honored and grateful to be there and to share our story with a room full of so much love and compassion. Before we went on stage, the three of us agreed not to look at each other--we always get emotional when we make eye contact. We failed, horribly (ha ha), but having spent most of my life suppressing my feelings and emotions, it is a relief to be able to cry without hesitation or shame. :) We are so thankful for the #TrevorProject, and all that it does do to provide hope to those struggling. This organization is invaluable and had I known about it when I was a teenager, I certainly would have utilized its lifeline.
