Happy Flex Friday! Remember even though it's my off season I still eat 90% clean. Just because it's "off season" doesn't mean you can go crazy on that pizza!? I like to look at it as my improvement season more than anything! I am currently 111 pounds and making improvements. This is my off season look!?? 2014 season I'm coming for you!?? If you don't put in the work don't expect to get the results you want. The great ones are willing to do what others won't!? I will not be out worked.
