When I was growing up education was very important to my parents. Therefore I went to a private college prep high school and took all honors and AP classes. Ballet was still my passion so I trained every single day after school for countless hours. This year I have been lucky enough to move to NYC and train full time under the direction of Sara Knight. When I was in school all day it was very hard to put my full focus on ballet. This year I hope to really work on the little details of my technique, lengthening and defining my muscles and improving my extension. Since September I have focused on these three things and have seen such a drastic difference in only 4 months. I will be auditioning for companies in the winter/ spring but still want to make my focus on my training. I love being able to work every day on what is love. It's an incredible challenge but the reward is so great :) Photo by @ponsphoto ?
