Feeling extra throwback-y today. Throwback to my first CrossFit competition one year ago. Tried muscle ups on rings for the first time in the competition, never got a good rep because I couldn't lock out but I got up there by pure determination. I still count them as my first muscle ups. So excited for the Open. I may have missed a lot of training time and had a lot of set backs this year...but I am hungry. #crossfit #muscleup #tbt
