Shrimp Quinoa. Its as easy as it looks really and it tasted really delish. Its the first time I try this. With some coconut oil, i sautéed the shallots, then garlic, green peas and carrots, tri-colored belle peppers, salt, black pepper corn grind, chili paste, and ginger paste. Please leave 30 seconds between the veggies. Add spices after you sauté the shrimps as shown.Give shrimps about 5-7 minutes to cook. Please defrost don't put it frozen.Then mix all to blend well. Add 1 cup of cooked quinoa.
