The list is in. Track & Field News has listed me as the #4 quarter miler in the world for 2013! It's been lots of ups and downs over the past few years, but 2013 certainly was good to me. A PB in the 100, just a tenth of a second off my 400 PB, US Champ, 5th place finish at World Champs, Silver medal on the relay, and a 2nd place Diamond League finish! Words can't describe how excited and motivated I am all at the same time! There was a time where I really thought my time had passed, but God has a way of showing up right on time! I've learned to believe in myself and my God given talent! Back to work to continue building on this past year's success! Thanks to all my loves that have followed and supported even when I didn't believe! Especially @jojobrit10 and @justin_hastings!!
