#tbt so yes that porcupine haired boy on the left was me in early days of my singing career- around 7 years ago. After being a big fat kid all my life, I lost a lot of weight - and kind of went too far the other way- and got too skinny, till I finally realised i needed to hit the gym and man up a little. ? there's been a lot of yoyo-ing (however u spell it) but now it's a lifestyle for me. @shredzarmy #shredz
