Most commonly, this involves chromium compounds, but such chemical tanning agents contribute to wastewater that can pollute the ocean. ro understands the impact of chrome tanning, so we specially choose bridle leather which is made using the natural vegetable tanning process. Using tannins naturally found in bark, leaves, fruits, seed and other various parts of plants, the environmentally-friendly bridle leather does not contain harmful substances and is completely safe to touch and hold. Natural bridle leather, coupled with designers’ emphasis on simplistic beauty, give each and every ro bag an unmistakeable vitality and rustic grace.
