The award based on an annual survey conducted by Roy Morgan Research in big cities in Indonesia wherein 26,000 respondents were asked to evaluate their overall satisfaction towards the shortlisted contenders in the airline category. AirAsia Indonesia came out tops in the independent survey based on superior performance in flying experience, services as well as innovation aspects.
