Meal prep for today and Tmros studio sesh. I eat my oats in the morning (with a protein shake or eggs) then take 6 chicken breasts a day with me - with brown rice and green beans. Plus my protein shakes - so that i know exactly how much protein and carbs I'm getting in a day. The fat I get from snacking on nuts and from the morning eggs. Big ass sized water, and my #shredz alpha male stack and I'm good to go. Meal prep is everything when u want to eat healthy and know what ur gettin from ur food. U can train like a beast- but Diet is KEYYYYYYY!!
