Day 21!! #springintoyoga Funky Pincha!! I can't believe it's already day 21!! And I also get to post the advanced pose!!! Woot Woot!! This is super challenging for me!! Basically it's Pincha with one forearm down and one hand down so the balance is much more complicated! As always suck in your belly to your spine. Press firmly into the earth with both you forearm and hand. Ease your gaze and reach for the sky with your toes!!
