In case I don't get asked about my diet enough THIS is a typical Ainsley morning! Excuse this long post because I'm going to try to answer all questions here? before they start getting asked down there ?

Breakfast:
Apple Cider Vinegar in ?: acetic acid (lowers triglyceride levels), malic acid (digestion and detox) potassium (acts as an electrolyte...water balance). Don't ask me how much because I don't measure it. I literally just pour and have also been known to just take shots of it straight from the bottle.
Oats: 1/2c. I make them with water and after they are cooked I add a splash of unsweetened almond milk, stevia and some cinnamon powder.
Eggs: 1 whole egg (nutrients are in the yolk) 3/4c egg whites with spinach!

Supps:
