EVISU Art - HAROSHI skateboard art

Haroshi, born in 1978 is a Japanese self-taught woodworker and skateboarder, who's known for his sculptures made from stacked, recycled skateboard decks. For each sculpture, Haroshi carefully selects and stacks each skateboard; hand carves,
paints and polishes them into a veneered finished piece.
Because these skateboard decks are made of layers of processed wood, the final
sculptures appear to have these beautiful striped surfaces.
