Today the #FRTakeover brings yours truly @djneilarmstrong to the city of #Kyoto in Japan. One dish that this city is famous for is pictured here - Tofu and tofu skin with ginger sauce. The sauce is similar to the consistency of egg drop soup that you get at Chinese restaurants in the States . perfect for vegetarians and those who want something healthy. In this case, healthy equals tasty, so don't fret meat lovers.
Kyoto is a very beautiful city, home to many temples and sacred places of worship and meditation. Pictured above is the bamboo path, very close to this restaurant called 'sagatoufu ine' that is famous for serving this tofu soup. #DJNeilArmstrongxFR
