So I've been pretty reluctant to post pics of this Damascus Cisco 1911 I finished last week. I am still just coming to grips that I actually did it. Never in my dreams 5 years ago when I stepped in Uri Hofi's shop in Israel did I think I would be able to make something this beautiful.
It's a surreal feeling.
It just goes to show anyone can do anything if they don't give up, and never stop trying. Success will come.

As good as this pistol looks. it shoots even better. So smooth and balanced.
I guess that would be the ultimate confidence on ones own abilities. Make something very deadly and dangerous and just Jump on It and go for a ride, or in this case pull the trigger. it's a felling that only myself, and others that create with there hands can feel.
