Another great meal to share on the #FRTakeover. @djneilarmstrong in #Yokohama Japan, and above Is the BEST tasting steak I remember having the opportunity to eat in my whole life. Real deal waygu beef, cooked over a coal fired grill til medium rare, simply dipped in a ponzu sauce with mimiji oroshi (diacon radish + chili flakes)
SO Simple, but so delicious. Just the beef texture and an amazing texture due to the quality of the beef. Melt in your mouth beef. Don't be fooled by the stuff claiming waygu... I think you have to come to Japan to taste the real thing... And you are going to have to bring your wallet too, because it will cost you. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
