Just made a fresh batch of medicine (organic lemons + local raw honey) to help smooth my allergy-induced cough. Had to share it with you in case you’re getting hit hard this allergy season, too!

LEMON & HONEY IN A JAR
2 lemons (washed)
Local raw honey
12 oz mason jar

Slice lemons and add to mason jar. Pour honey over lemons and fill to the top. Store in fridge. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mixture (don’t have to include lemon chunks) to a glass of hot water and allow to steep for 3 minutes.
