Extended Side Angle Pose
Inhale and step to the right, feet about four to five feet apart, spread arms. Exhale and bend the right knee while placing right hand next to right foot. Reach the left arm over the head, directing gaze towards the tip of the middle finger.
As a modification, instead of placing palm flat on floor, you can extend fingertips to floor or use a block.
