start against a wall if new to this pose. from down dog root palms into mat, hug shoulder blades together and walk feet forward toward hands, bringing pelvis over shoulders. keep arms straight and engaged. raise one leg high to the sky and hop other foot up, sending both feet over head- push through heels and engage core as you hold pose for several breaths.
