#20daysofmovement - day 17 -astavakrasana (eight-angle pose)

from uttanasana (standing forward bend), press hands to floor outside your feet. with knees slightly bent, slip right arm to inside and behind right leg, and press hand on floor just outside right foot.
work right arm across back of right knee until knee is high up on back of right shoulder. brace shoulder against knee and slide left foot to right. cross left ankle in front of right and hook ankles. lean slightly to left, taking more weight on left arm and lift legs off floor. bend elbows and straighten legs parallel to floor.
