A mystery millionaire is giving away thousands of dollars in California. Followers of a Twitter account called [at]HiddenCash are given hints as to where envelopes full of cash are hidden. It was all fun and games until a frenzy erupted after crowds rushed bus stops and grass knolls looking for the prizes. The mystery individual says he will now rethink how to give out the cash.
