I wake up every morning with a burning desire to be a better me each and every day. I feel I owe it to myself to grow and learn everyday. No one is perfect. Everyone falls. Everyone makes mistakes. Learning ourselves is a lifelong journey. We will never fully know ourselves. I believe God didn't give us the potential to know everything especially about ourselves. It's what keeps us humble, hungry and constantly on the grind. To be perfect is not the goal. To be better than we were yesterday is the goal. Fitness and Faith has saved my life.
