Google I/O—the company's annual conference for developers—kicks off today, and there will be no shortage of things for #Google to talk about. It's big because Google's Android is the dominant mobile operating system on the planet, and because its #Chrome browser is the dominant browser, when you factor in both mobile and desktop. The tech giant is expected to make a big splash in wearables, as well as reveal more about its plans for home automation and its push for Android connected vehicles.
