CATFISH RECIPE:
Ingredients:
6 Catfish Fillets
2 tbsp Smoke Paprika
@Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon & Garlic Seasoning to taste
Oil: Olive/coconut/ghee
Juice of 1 Lemon

Directions:
Brush Catfish Fillets with oil then set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine paprika and @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning, Rub fillets with paprika mixture then grill for about 5 mins each side or until fish flakes easily. Squeeze Lemon juice over the fillets. Serve with Pineapple Salsa.

PINEAPPLE-CUCUMBER SALSA RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 cup diced cucumber
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno 1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup lime Juice
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves Handful of chopped mint leaves
@Flavorgod Seasonings Everything Seasoning-spicy to taste
1-2 pcs jalapeno peppers, diced (optional)

Directions: Combine the pineapple, cucumber, red bell peppers, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice, mint and cilantro leaves. Mix well. Season with @Flavorgod Seasonings Everything Seasoning-spicy to taste.
