I had a few requests for BBQ ideas for the 4th and this weekend! Check these out, one of my favorites for sure! @Flavorgod Seasonings Texas BBQ Ribs
Did I mention I ♡ clean bbq
Yield: 2 racks of St. Louis Style Ribs
These ribs are done in the oven and
than finished on the grill!Pork can be a great protein if you know the source. I use a free range pork. That's fed non GMOs!
DRY RUB RECIPE:
●1/2 tsp - mustard powder
●4 tbs - coarse black pepper
●3 tbs - coarse sea salt (or kosher)
●4 tbs - @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lover's Seasoning
●2 tbs - @Flavorgod Seasonings Everything Seasoning
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Reserve mixture in a bowl.
3. Sprinkle as desired over both sides of ribs prior to oven roasting.
Prep and cooking of the ribs:
1. Mix dry rub thoroughly and sprinkle as desired onto both sides of ribs.
2. Place ribs in roasting pan meat side up.
3. Add water to roasting pan halfway up the ribs.
4. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil.
5. Place roasting pan in oven, preheated to 350 degrees.
6. Allow ribs to roast for 2 hours. •Prepare the bbq sauce.
•After 1 hour of ribs roasting, prepare the sauce.
Grill:
1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
2. Remove ribs from roasting pan and place them onto grill.
3. Using a basting brush, apply mop sauce as desired onto both sides of the ribs.
4. Caramelize sauce onto ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side or as desired while brushing mop sauce onto ribs frequently.
