Have a Sunday night laugh on me! ? As part of workout out & doing so with higher degrees of difficulty & skill levels reqired to push to the next level - mistakes tend to happen... Mine was caught on tape!? I'm posting this as a public service announcement, because it's educational & it's now funny (simply because I didn't get hurt). But this is the result of overdoing it & improper gear - I chose to use gloves on a frictionless bar in very hot humid weather, after completing a bunch of deadlifts + rowing; and it being my 3rd workout of the day. All those things = loss of grip ? thank goodness I was able to walk away from this accident with a sore ego, a sore butt & a funny gym fail video ? sort of ? PS: don't start with the CrossFit hate and what you think is a proper pull up is or isn't...
