This might be the last thing you would see if you were a fish and came across this Giant Pacific Octopus. If you were holding a camera, the outcome might be different. This is JB, who lived at the National Aquarium. Probably the smartest invertebrate, they can grow to 600lbs in the wild with six foot arms. They have distinct personalities, use tools, recognize individuals and may express emotions by changing color.
