Video credit @jessicaarevalofit Cable side hip kick is one of my new outer glute workouts that I've been incorporating and I absolutely love!? Been targeting outer glute a lot about 3 x per week right now. I lift lighter for this exercise to really get the mind muscle connection. I do 4-6 sets 15-20 reps each leg.
