My grandfather Karl Berge opened up a casino called Karl's Silver Club in Sparks, NV in 1967. My whole family on my fathers side has worked in the casino business almost their whole lives. This slot machine was made in his image in 1983, the year before I was born. He passed away in '03. I miss him. And am still enamored by the legacy he left behind. Proud to be a native Nevadan.
