FIELD HACKS: DIY ENERGY BARS—Make these simple bars the night before a run or in bulk so they are ready to go whenever you're in the mood for a good snack! (1) In a large bowl, combine your favorite mix of ingredients- seeds, raisins, nuts, chocolate, granola with peanut butter and a dash of syrup. Stir together and then (2) transfer to a plate and spread out to 1 inch thickness. (3) Place the plate in the fridge overnight and (4) cut up the end result into your favorite sized bites. Enjoy!
