Delicious healthy protein filled breakfast; sunny side up eggs, on top of sweet potatoes, asparagus, kale, sweet onions, jalapeños, and turkey bacon.
Cook turkey bacon, remove.
Add sweet potatoes (cut in small cubes) sautéed in a pan on all sides. add a quarter cup of water or vegetable broth, cover and let cook till water is almost gone, then add onions cook for 5 min. Add the rest of ingredients and add coconut oil as needed.
Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika.
