I was nominated to do the #ALS #Ice #Bucket #Challenge. Please remember that this is not just some #social #media #phenomena. It's about bringing awareness to ALS otherwise known as #LouGehrigDisease. The more people who know about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis ALS, the more people we can get on board to help combat this #disease. So, think about it before you go filling up your ice bucket.
