Matt Boulis, a recruiter with Recruiting Sub-station Grand Rapids North, Recruiting Station Lansing, performs a supine pull-up during an all-hands physical training session Sept. 4 in Holt, Michigan. The circuit course-style session traversed nearly three miles and included a number of pull-up variations, kettle-bell exercises, medicine ball throws, and partner abdominal workouts. Over 60 Marines participated in the event, including 9th Marine Corps District Commanding officer, Col. Jason Morris, and 9th MCD Sgt. Maj., Sgt. Maj.
