Snowflake now renamed Charlotte by South Shore Animal Hospital
After she was found by Good Samaritans,Snowflake was taken to the South Shore Animal Hospital, where vets recognized her , because they used to treat her , this happened on Friday , the hospital informed cops off her owner Alsu Ivanchenko 34yro,
She put poor little Snowflake into a black Plastik bag , tied the top and threw it out of her car near Hopkins Ave , in Bay Terrace on Friday afternoon , police said
The beautiful snowflake suffered head fractures , brain trauma and a broken leg from being hurled onto the side of the road ,
The head injuries which left the adorable snowflake blind are so severe that doctors wouldn't remove the bow from her head , fearing it would injure her further , she remained in critical condition wensday
Cops tracked Ivanchenko down and took her into custody on Tuesday
During questioning she admitted to concocting the diabolical plot to dispose of the dog rather than pay to have her treated .
She said it cost to much to get her treated and I was afraid for my daughter to get her upset so I got her a new dog .

A Facebook page established by the hospital and titled Charlottes Place , it's providing updates as well as photos off the tiny dog .
