Serving size -4 You need: Sautée pan and large soup pot ?Ingredients? ?1- 8 oz -rib eye steak ( but when plating you only need a few thin slices in each bowl) ?1 bunch of -mustard greens, cleaned and torn into bite sized pieces (organic) ?8 oz -mushrooms,1/4 inch slices ?2 quarts- beef broth (organic,low salt) ?1 tablespoon fresh -garlic,minced ?1 tablespoon fresh -ginger,minced ?2 tablespoon -coconut aminos,*this is the alternative to soy sauce ?4 tablespoon. - #FlavorGod Garlic seasoning and "everything"seasoning ?sea salt as needed ?gluten free noodles, *found at your local health food store (or rice) ?ghee butter ,as needed ( I use #omgheebutter ?sliced scallions,for garnish ?1 lime, sliced into wedges Directions: 1. Melt 1 tbs ghee butter in a shallow pot or deep dish pan. 2. Season both sides of steak with sea salt and black pepper. On high heat, sear both sides of rib eye steak to medium rare doneness which is an internal temperature of 120-125 degrees. Remove from heat and reserve on a plate and season with #flavorgod everything seasoning. 3. Do not wipe out sauté pan,Pour out remaining oil, add 1 tsp ghee,add ?garlic?ginger?mushroom?shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Liberally sprinkle #FlavorGod Garlic seasoning on elements as you sauté.  4. Add beef broth and reduce heat to low and simmer. 5. Add ?mustard greens, 2 tbs of coconut aminos, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.  6. Cook noodles until al dente, * literally means " to the tooth " which is soft on the outside and a slight medium doneness on the inside. Remove from heat and hot water and reserve. Or cook rice! 7. In serving bowls, add noodles, then sliced steak, mushrooms, and mustard greens before pouring in desired amount of hot broth.  8. Garnish with scallions and squeeze lime wedge onto soup prior to service. Lime really takes this soup to the next level. Enjoy !!
