I'm not that much into fighting at all, but I admire the fighters and how they train both physically and mentally.
I wish everyone a great start of their week. Don't let small or big events put you down. Don't pity yourself, it's not gonna help you at all - au contraire - it's gonna whey you down and the people around you. You see, negative energy is very consuming and drains you and your surrounding.
So if there's something that's not right in your life and that is bothering you - change it.
And if you bump into something "bad" just learn from it and walk away a bit stronger.
