This is what I'm making for my Wonderland event for #NYCWFF. "Painting the Rose Red": a raspberry and pink champagne dessert bite built on a real 18-inch rose stem with white-chocolate dipped organic rose petals. Excited to see the other Alice-inspired items from 7 of my favorite pastry chefs in town.
