We are in love with this electric blue and purple look by @elymarino using Motives??
1.Begin by applying "Birch" onto the brow bone
2.Taking "Onyx" apply in the outer corner of the eye sweeping the color inward
3.Layer "Glamour" slightly over lapping "Onyx" blend until there is a smooth transition between colors
4.Using "Fantasy" apply to the rest of the lid
5.Line the water line using "LBD" gel liner and smudge using "Glamour" highlight the inner corner of the eye with "Marshmallow" pigment
6.Lastly using Motives glitter glue apply "Plum Fairy" glitter underneath the lower lash line
