A lot of you know from the world championships I've been having problems with my right wrist. After seeing a specialist this week, I found out that I need to have an operation to repair the damage.I'm very lucky to have had the operation as quick as I have & this is a perfect window of opportunity for me to allow it to heal. It will take some time to heal, but I've got the best medical support around me including the support from family & friends... Everyone has set backs, it's how we deal with them that makes us the people or athlete we are. I will come back stronger, bigger & better!! Massive thanks for everyone's support! Big heart ❤️??
