Figured I would start w a true B&W I shot on Tri X back in the day. This is from a stormy expedition to climb Cerro Torre in 2001. After almost a month of horrendous weather, @brady_robinson and I made a desperate kamikaze bid but got hammered by the notorious Patagonian winds part way up. It was the first time I'd ever ended up rappelling sideways (instead of down) due to the wind. Cerro Torre is one of the most righteous granite spikes in the world. It's still on my list....someday I will return. #Patagonia @ザ・ノースフェイス #neverstopexploring @thephotosociety
