Doing the Pone Knee Tucks from the #shredzchallenge which is great to tone and tighten your abs! I also demostrated this technique on Good Day LA!

1.Lie flat with hands over your knees palms facing down.
2.Keep your knees together and pull them in towards you while moving your torso towards them (lift your head, neck and shoulders up). 3.Wrap your arms around your ankles with your feet off the ground.
