There are 2 types of people in this music industry. Type 1- Bodies in suits pretending they understand and even like music. Tapping their feet out of time, making decisions based on money and telling you are great only when they need something from you. THEN there is type 2- MAN like @darcuscb who live, breathe for great MUSIC! Who grind, care, enjoy and love what artists stand for and do all they can to push artists vision into the world. Darcus you signed me in the UK 5 years ago to @islandrecordsuk you always have had time for me, advice to share and a great understanding of sometimes how hard it can be for me and never given up. Understood my passion and treated me like a grown women! Always been there by my side in moments of "well that didn't work" and moments of huge success. That's why this picture needs to be CELEBRATED. The fans don't always get to see the true music people in the music industry. And to see you being given an OBE brings so much warmth to my heart. Your love to keep great music alive has been recognised and I am so HAPPY for you! I believe in you SO MUCH! I wouldn't be where I am today with you. So thank you. God bless you and your journey.
