This holiday season @Wal-Mart Stores, Inc workers from all over the country are calling on Walmart to publicly commit to raise pay to $15 an hour and provide full-time work. While the Waltons make $16 billion in annual profits, the majority of Walmart workers are paid less than $25,000 a year - and are unable to support their families. The artist behind this image, @artistfidencio, writes "I was viewing the videos on #OURWalmart and was struck by the people themselves. It takes so much courage to stand up and demand better conditions, ultimately, putting your job on the line but in order to raise awareness."
