'Tis the season for our #DasPlaetzchen Holiday Cookie Contest! The idea behind this competition comes from the German tradition of spending time in the kitchen during the holiday season baking up “plaetzchen,” sweet cookies that come in all shapes and colors. This year one winner will receive a Leica T and an interview with their work will be featured on the #LeicaBlog.

It’s easy to enter: Simply upload a photo of your treat to Instagram with #DasPlaetzchen and follow @ライカ on Instagram.

Here are the official terms:

_Your cookies, sweets (or whatever you would like to bake) have to relate in some way to Leica and photography
_You must follow @ライカ on Instagram and use #DasPlaetzchen in your entry
_The cookies or treats have to be made by yourself during the entry period
_Winner will be selected by the Leica Internet Team and announced January of 2015
_Winner will receive a Leica T and be featured on the Leica Camera Blog
_Submissions for your photos will run from November 25, 2014 to December 31, 2014
