Day 5 of 102+ fever and my nails started turning blue this morning...went & got confirmed for Pnuemonia. My only thought since bombing at Nationals from the moment i walked off the stage with my usual smile wiped from my face was that I would redeem myself at American Open. 8 days out i can barely breathe and have not done a clean in a week. The only ray of hope i have is that 80 snatch & willpower to heal fast. I will just rely on my training. Hundreds of hours of prepartion. I had plans greater than just redemption, including opening 15kg higher in total than at Nationals, and i intend to follow through. #americanopen
