For the final battle and destruction of Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, every piece of rubble was manufactured individually out of soft polystyrene. To accommodate the schedules of the actors involved, the set had to be destroyed and rebuilt multiple times.
