After almost two months look who finally let his guard down and became a lap kitty! He is purring so hard! He's been slowly working up to this since we got him but always seemed too scared to come up all the way. Yay Roo, you know you're one of us now!! ?? This goes to show how animals that seem untamed, unfriendly, and/or so scared that they just run and hide might just need some time to realize they are in their forever home. His transformation has been nothing short of amazing! These are the greatest rewards when you adopt, especially a pet that has been returned, then skipped over, rejected for months, unwanted. Thank God he was at @florida_humane_society which is a no-kill non-profit shelter who gave him lots of love when he was there!
